1. Broad Match Keywords: It represents normally Sign
Eg: Suppose our keyword is Digital Marketing in Broad Match Type. Which one we are targeting in our ads.
If someone search Digital Marketing Company, and Digital Marketing Course or anything which one include in your keywords then our ads will appear on Google Search Result Page.
In Broad Match keywords we can add additional keyword anywhere. Where we want to add it but there is one condition in Broad Match Keyword one keyword is should be in a search term. We use it when our budget is too high or want to reach widest audiences. You should use it when you have enough negative keywords. We should use it in Standard Delivery Method
2. Phrase Match Keyword :
It represent ( ” ” ) sign
Eg: Suppose our keyword Digital Marketing in Phrase Match Type.
If Someone search best Digital Marketing Company or Digital Marketing Course then our ads will appear on Google Search Result Page.
Because in Phrase Match Type we can add additional keyword before and after on which keyword. Which one we are targeting in our Campaigns.
Eg: _Digital Marketing_
When we use it then more condition is finding new keyword related to our keywords. When we will enough data of new keyword then we can find it in Search Term Tab
We can target it in our campaigns. So Phrase Match Keyword is the best option.
Exact Match Type :
It represent ( [ ] ) sign
Eg: Suppose our keyword Digital Marketing in Exact Match Type.
If someone searches Digital Marketing Company or Digital Marketing Course then our ads will not appear on Google Search Result Page. Exact means exact if he will search Digital Marketing then our ads will appear on Google Search Result Page.
Because in Exact Match Type our ads will appear on that keyword. Which one we targeted in our Campaigns.
Eg: Digital Marketing
When we use it when we have enough budget for our campaigns. Don’t want to show our ads related search term.
Broad Match Modifier
It represent ( + ) sign
Eg; Suppose our keyword is Digital Marketing in Broad Match Modifier Type. If someone searches Top Digital Marketing or Digital Marketing Company then our ads will appear on Google Search Result Page.
Because in this Match Type we give a condition.
I am sharing with you which type of condition i am talking about In this match type if we choose +Digital +Marketing, +Marketing +Course and many more like this
( + ) It represents a condition. If someone searches the Digital Marketing Agency then our ads will appear because the condition is in the search keyword. If + Keyword is in user searches then the ad will appear. If +keyword is not in user search term then our will not appear because we are giving a condition.
We use it when we lost of keyword that we have to target in our Campaigns In this Match type Keyword, Quality Score will be better.
I always use Broad Match Modifier Keyword Match Type.
We use it when we don’t want to show our ads on these keywords
Free, Quotes, Images, Videos
So we put it in Negative Keywords. In simple words On which keyword which one we don’t want to show our ads.
Note: The Keyword Match also works in negative keywords. In which match type you are taking a negative keyword.
